More Fuel than Air

I don’t know much about car engines but by using my common sense, I know that a car engine runs with the combination of air and fuel plus the electrical to help with the combustion. When I disassembled the spark plugs, They are colored black which I assume that the air and fuel mixture have more fuel than air. I consulted a mechanic and my conclusion was right. He advice me to buy an afe high performance replacement air filter because my old air filter makes air difficult to flow inside which makes the air and fuel mixture unbalance.

Biking as a form of exercise

Being fit and healthy is our responsibility to ourselves that is why we should work out on our body the moment we notice some changes to it. When I noticed that my figure is getting pretty bad, I can only think lack of exercise as the culprit. So what I did is I thought of a way to exercise and stretch up our muscles. Then, I decided that I would go biking to get back into shape. Because of this, I was able to get back into shape in a fun way. I would bike around feeling the fresh air and seeing a good scenery everyday. And it really worked for me.
