Most of the time our desire to have fun and enjoy life to its fullest results in us neglecting our health and let’s face it, staying up late night and drinking too much alcohol isn’t really healthy for us! Not to mention eating all those protein-rich food from fast food chains! And being exposed to smokers and pollution, and also not having the time for exercise can really make anyone susceptible to disease!

Now,  before our immune system fails,  we should make the habit of taking vitamins and other food supplements to make sure that we’re still getting our needed nutrient requirements. And also, we should make sure that we have enough veggies and fruits to help us have health diet, and we should also lessen our intake of too much protein-rich and high-cholesterol food! We should also avoid smokers and if we smoke, we should quit as soon as possible or try electric cigarettes to help us quit. And as part  of living a healthy lifestyle, proper exercise is a must, and with home fitness equipments, like treadmills, we can exercise at the comfort of our own home, even while  watching the morning or evening news!   It not bad to have fun and enjoy life once in a while,  as long we are taking care of our health, because it’s not fun staying in bed or in a hospital.
